Minimum age to rent and occupy the house: 25 years (exception: families with kids)

No smoking within the house, no pets

Pay options:

direct deposit to either US, German or Mexican Account: please contact us for bank details.

using PayPal (using this payment method the price will increase by 5 % to cover the PayPal fees) click here to get your electronic invoice; you will need to have a PayPal account to automatically receive your invoice in your account.

Paying modalities:

Down payment at time of reservation: 50% of total rental amount

Remaining 50% to be paid 6 weeks prior to stay.
