Basic price for non-holiday
weeks:
US $1,300 per week (= 1.000 € or
15,000 MXP) (up to 10 Adults and 4 Kids)
plus safety deposit of US $ 300 in
cash or signed traveler check per stay that will be refunded at
check-out in case of no claims

In weeks that include a holiday
such as: Christmas, New year, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day
and US-Thanksgiving the price increases by 25 %
